a tes souhaits
This post is entitled ‘a tes souhaits’ because The Man just sneezed, and having been ‘woken up’ by that (he’s not exactly subtle!), and told him ‘a tes souhaits’, I looked across the desk at him and just thought: how lucky I am to have met him. I know, “vomit-inducing”, but you know what I mean, you catch a glimpse of your significant other and you go a bit awww sometimes.
The Man is sitting opposite me, tapping away on his keyboard. It’s Friday night, we’re going to play a freeroll on SkyPoker, and we’ve already taken The Dog for a walk in Pitville Park and been for a refreshing swim, a good start to the weekend. This week we’ve been to a tango cabaret and dinner as part of the Cheltenham Music Festival, and out for dinner at Nandos, and we had fish ‘n’ chips at my work at lunch today. Tomorrow we’re planning on going to Blenheim to the Battle Proms. I just can’t get over how much we have in common, and how little I had in common with Voldemort. I’ve even come up with a mathematical expression to explain it:
dancing: V = no
swimming: V = no
comfort food: V = no
classical music: V = no
harrietdg: V = no, no , no, no, no!
What more can I say?
